Who are Datacat?

Datacat Network Cabling supply businesses and IT support providers in London & the South East, as well as Birmingham & the West Midlands, with a network cabling installation service they can rely on. From brand new installations through to minor changes or additions to an existing network, we have your requirements covered.

We offer a wide variety of services including CAT6, CAT6A & Fibre Optic cabling, along with Comms Room services including moves and tidies, as well as IP based security systems. Datacat can also provide IT related power installations via our NICEIC approved electrical contractor.

We provide free of charge and quotes with no obligation, and all of our prices include provision of full test results. Furthermore, all of our installations are guaranteed to meet the latest ISO/TIA standards.

Many installers are still utilising ‘Dca’ fire rated cable, previously known as ‘low-smoke, zero-halogen’. Whilst this standard is legally compliant when adding to existing installs, we will only install cable which meets the minimum Euroclass Cca Standard. This means you are always up to date with the latest fire standards (BS6701). With us, you can rest easy in the knowledge you are doing all you can to protect your clients, staff and customers.
Furthermore all of our network cabling installations are backed by leading manufacturers’ warranties and we can supply a wide range of products. For instance, we are registered Panduit, Hubbell, Nexans and Siemon installers.
